All orders are processed within 5 business days after your purchase is confirmed. During high-volume times (like exclusive drops), processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your Flowprints package every step of the way.
We do ship internationally! However, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend first reaching out directly to the shipping carrier with your tracking number—they often have the most up-to-date information and can assist faster with locating your parcel.
